Sugar & Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

   -Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
   -Stir dry ingredients together.
   -Mix wet ingredients in and mix well. 
 
Using a cookie scoop to form a ball on the cookie sheet. Then use your fingers to flatten and form a cookie shape. 
 
Bake for 10-14 minutes and let cool completely before removing from the cookie sheet. 
 
They are softer than the typical chocolate chip cookie and will firm up as they cool down. 
 
I use a Silpat mat for baking cookies and do not grease the pan.
